This is the time of the year when we begin to prepare for another year in RCIA.  We begin by praying that those who are being called by Jesus to come into a deeper relationship with him will be open to join our group of Inquirers.  We realize this first step is a big step for so many people especially with all the emotions we ahve dealt with in the past year.  But our RCIA Team promises to make it as easy as we can.  We will walk with you.  We will guide you as you learn about the Catholic Faith.  We will help you interpret the Bible and explain the Mass.  We will pray together and share our stories of faith.  Our Inquiry classes will begin in September.  

Each year we ask our RCIA participants to share their thoughts about the program and how it has impacted their lives.  Here is an example: what has been your experience of our RCIA sessions?

• The environment is relaxed. It's good to be part of a group.
• I love the discussions, and I feel comfortable in the group.
• Learning about the structures and meaings of Catholic Faith has been a way to understand.
• It has been very good for me to listen to the Scriptures read aloud.  Much easier to comprehend.

The process by which adults are fully initiated into the Catholic Church. Participants meet weekly to share Scripture, church doctrine, liturgy and prayer. The RCIA Team offers support for this journey of faith which culminates with the reception of the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist at the Easter Vigil.


RCIA meets on Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 PM from September through May. Parishioners are also always welcome to attend.
